Chair Yoga Classes with Naomi

Relax, Relate, Release

Join us for a transformative series of Chair Yoga. Dates coming for September of 2024!

Led by Naomi Williams, MPH, CHES, a 200-YT, seasoned grief coach and certified health education specialist, this series offers a sanctuary for relaxation and self-discovery via Zoom.

Naomi brings her expertise and passion for holistic wellness to each session, guiding participants through gentle yoga practices designed to soothe the body, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit. No prior yoga experience is necessary - just wear comfy clothes, have a sturdy chair ready, and prepare to enjoy some rejuvenating "me" time.

Naomi's approach to chair yoga is rooted in self-acceptance and self-love. As she shares, "I'm a work in progress. I'm my worst critic. I acknowledge my flaws and work to embrace them while lovingly correcting them. I'm focusing on the strength, beauty, calmness, bravery, and badassness that I possess."

Don't miss this opportunity to embark on a journey of self-care and empowerment through Chair Yoga with Naomi. Reserve your spot today and prioritize your well-being!

Classes are $15 each, or $50 for the month. Your ticket purchase is in support of Naomi's son, Noah Samuel. Noah is the how, as well as why Naomi was introduced to yoga and the inspiration to become a certified yoga teacher. Noah is doing his job in growing and is a handsome, active teenager now. His disabilities come with an increased cost to their daily living. All proceeds go towards much-needed adaptive equipment to help Noah thrive!

Just wanted to share some feedback here! My husband loved the chair yoga. He liked the meditation + movement aspect of it. He said the movement helped him with the meditation and relaxation part, which he found really refreshing. After years of HS and college football, he is super, super inflexible, and still found all of the movements possible and comfortable. Pretty sure he’ll join me again!
I had a very, very long weekend and was not sure how I would “show up” for yoga, but felt comfortable coming with whatever I had to give. I had a weekend that involved a lot of physical work, and my muscles were aching. It was good to move them a bit - I found anything that involved opening the shoulders particularly helpful. And, I really loved the work we did going up on the toes of one leg at a time, particularly with one leg crossed over the other.
